QUESTION
In four to six pages, students will write a college-level research paper on a Mexican historical figure, focusing on their historical significance in Mexican history (the impact they made). Students will relate the subject’s life (actions) with documented primary and secondary scholarly sources. A minimum of three scholarly sources are required (textbook, JStor, ProQuest, lecture, assigned readings, etc.). The subject must have lived/lives in Mexico and was/is of Mexican ancestry, and have made their historical contributions to Mexican history at least 40 years ago.
