I appreciate your sharing. At Daft, R.L., Murphy, j. & Willmott, h. (2014) mentioned, about organization faces challenges need to find out the ways to change yourself or change the environment, to make it more effective on technical and economic and ethical in addition, the organization design is a factor, rather than help factors in the success of the company, on the other hand, if a company is successful, it doesn’t necessarily mean that this is because the good organizational design, so others should imitate the organizational structure you what do you think about this idea?
In addition, you have mentioned, formulation and implementation strategy in the organization need a formal organizational structure When people think of a model have the same correlation and successfully caught the very characteristic of the different organizations, the diversity is often overlooked The dominant model is applicable to all organizations?

I agree with the idea of Daft et al (2014) that every organization that is faced with challenges relating to its operations or environment should look for ways through which it can change itself to ensure that its operations become more efficient. I also believe that the success of an organization does not necessarily paint an image of a good design of the organization. A company’s success is a result of combination of several factors, the organizational structure only being one of these factors. Its organizational structure may not be quite efficient, but other advantages may still enable the company to achieve success in terms of profits, market establishment etc. another company may consider the structure of the successful organization as good, and adopt it. It may, however, prove disastrous and inefficient.
The dominant model of structure design, formal structure, does not work for every organization. Some companies are more efficient using an organizational structure that is based on culture. Strategies communicated to the employees in a friendly way are easier to implement, as employees do not feel compelled to fulfill the needs of their bosses. They perceive the success of the business as the success of themselves.
